Developing new models
at Gentry Builders

Robert B. Kayser Jr. will be responsible for all new construction by Gentry Homes Ltd. at its Ewa by Gentry master-planned community.

"We're opening five model complexes this year," Kayser said. "The Carriages (executive-level homes) opened recently and the Breakers will open this month (June 12)."

He said it replaces the Meridian model, and includes changes such as central air conditioning.

Kayser has worked 14 years for Gentry, starting as purchasing manager, and working most recently as construction manager. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration through the construction management program at the University of Denver. He was recruited by Gentry Homes for Hawaii. Kayser is a member of the Building Industry Association of Hawaii.

Gentry Homes has built more than 4,000 homes in Ewa by Gentry and plans to build another 4,000 homes in Ewa.
