Targeting customers for
Honolulu Cellular

Lissa Guild will oversee marketing efforts for Honolulu Cellular as the company deals with an expanding customer base.

"We used to direct our efforts to the older, 35- to 55-year-old business person but now, with the reduction in pricing, our market has opened up to everyone from 18 to 80," Guild said.

She joined the company in 1995 as advertising and promotions manager. Guild also worked in marketing for Lion Coffee, was senior account executive for WorldCare Travel Assistance Association in San Francisco and taught English in Japan. She is a Punahou School graduate and earned a bachelor's in international affairs from University of Colorado. She currently is studying for a master's in business administration at University of Phoenix. Guild is a board director at Seagull Schools and a member of the Junior League of Honolulu, the U.S. Olympic Committee-Hawaii chapter and the American Marketing Association.
