Billie Lee Anderson, 55, of Mililani, president and owner of Anderson Aviation Inc., died Monday. Born in Terre Haute, Ind., he is survived by wife Nida, sons Kelly and Todd, and daughters Lisa and Kim. Graveside services: 3 p.m. tomorrow at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Lily Y. Higa Ball, 68, a teacher, died last Thursday in Santa Maria, Calif. Born in Paauilo, Hawaii, she is survived by daughter Rebecca; brothers Takechi and Tom Higa; and sisters Ruth Uchida and Betty Omura. Services on the mainland. Gary H.L. Chang, 74, of Honolulu, a retired schoolteacher, died April 26 in Queen's Hospital. Born in Honolulu, he is survived by wife Bernice; daughter Karen Barr; brothers How Tim, Howard, Greg and Albert; sisters Carolyn Choy and Alma and Hon Sim Leong; and four grandchildren. Private services.

Marjorie G. Dunstan, 95, of Honolulu, longtime teacher at Punahou School and Mid-Pacific Institute, died Saturday in Arcadia Health Care. Born in London, she is survived by nephew John. Dr. Rex B. Gunn, 78, of Honolulu, a retired educator, died Saturday in Honolulu. He was also a writer and director of communications. He is survived by daughters Kate Heil and Dr. Sally Ann Goade, three grandchildren, and compan ion Mary Hendrickson. Private services.

Kenneth Y. Ito, 63, of Honolulu, a retired crane operator for Associated Steel, died last Thursday in Straub Hospital. Born in Lahaina, he is survived by wife Harriet Y., sons Cy Y. and Darren Y., brothers Nils and Lance, sisters Judy Fujii and Mamie Luke, parents Kenneth Tsugio and Mildred Y. Ito, and two grandsons. Serenitty Kahakai, of Honolulu died Saturday in Honolulu. Born in Honolulu, she is survived by parents Talbot and Aleka; brother Kamakani; sisters Savanah, Kamalani and Shaunalei; and grandparents Talbot, Penny and Patricia Kahakai and Thelma Renken.
