Paki Lum stroked a three-run homer in the top of the first inning and Kellen Briones added a three-run blast in the sixth as Kamehameha beat Mid-Pacific, 15-7, in Interscholastic League of Honolulu baseball action yesterday at the Mid-Pacific field. Kamehameha keeps
heat on IolaniPaki also had a solo homer and finished with four RBIs to help the Warriors (10-3) stay within a half-game of ILH leader Iolani.
Mid-Pac (7-5) closed to 9-6 but Kamehameha broke it open with six runs in the seventh.
