Mary Kaiwi, who lives with her parents in Pukalani on Maui, has just won a dream home.
The only problem is that the $275,000 three-bedroom, Pacific Palisades house is on Oahu.
"I don't know exactly what we plan to do," said Kaiwi, 34, who for the past 11 years has driven a wheelchair van for Maui Economic Opportunity. "My husband has a good job on Maui and I don't think we plan to move."
Her husband, Dondi, works for Air Service Hawaii.
Kaiwi was one of five finalists -- one each from Kauai, Maui and the Big Island -- and two from Oahu in the McDonald's and American Savings Bank giveaway.
The runners-up each got a trip for two to Las Vegas. They are Carly Manzano, Kauai; Agnes Codeiro and Sandra Loandro, Oahu; and Steven Samoy, Hawaii.
Obviously, McDonald's has to be the couple's favorite place to eat out on Maui. "My two girls have loved to go there," said Kaiwi.
"I didn't do much to win," said the 1983 Maui High School graduate. "I just left it in God's hands."
But this isn't the first time Kaiwi has struck paydirt.
A couple of years ago she won a trip to Las Vegas in a local radio station drawing.
Now she just plans to let the lawyers sort out the legalities and lay out her options.
"It's just wonderful."
