Overseeing A&B's face lift
at Maui Mall

SANDRA L. Walker will manage the improved real estate holdings on Maui for A&B Properties Inc. The company is spending $6.5 million on renovations at the Maui Mall with completion by mid-November.

"This is an exciting time with all the renovations at the Maui Mall (in Kahului)," Walker said.

"Wallace Theaters will be coming in with 12 screens and 1,700 seats on May 18. A&B will have a new logo, paint, roofing and new Christmas decorations."

Walker manages 14 properties for A&B Properties. She most recently was at Molokai Ranch working as construction manager and project manager. She also worked for JDH Construction on a $60 million Kapolei housing project.

Walker came to Hawaii in 1993 after construction experience in California, including 16 years as co-owner of Beaver Construction in Visalia, Calif. She is a volunteer for Junior Achievement on Maui.
