Developing business
for Finance Factors

Finance Factors has promoted Randy Muraoka to vice president and one of the company's new business development managers.

"The company has restructured to have more specialists," Muraoka said. "In the past, I had management responsibilities and sales responsibilities."

Branch managers now will focus on customer retention and internal sales.

Muraoka has 12 years in financial services since joining Finance Factors as a management trainee. He was Kalihi branch manager for five years.

He is a director of the Kalihi Business Association and a director of the Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers. Muraoka works with mortgage brokers on loans for Finance Factors, mostly on the residential side. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Whittier College in California.

Finance Factors has been providing financial services for nearly 47 years in Hawaii.
