Lange hits winning
trey for Kaimuki

Danica Lange's 3-point shot with just under two minutes to play gave Kaimuki a 34-33 victory over Castle last night in an Oahu Interscholastic Association East girls' basketball game on the winner's court.

After Lange hit Kaimuki's only trey of the game to erase a 33-31 Castle lead, the Knights (0-2) missed a shot at the other end. The Bulldogs(2-0) rebounded and were able to hold the ball the rest of the way.
