The two were among guests at Gov. Ben Cayetano's reception at
Washington Place last night for the student politicians as their
session came to an end. Below,Cayetano runs a pick through the
hair of Titipa Andrews. The Waipahu High School student was
a representative in the Youth Legislature. He said Cayetano does
great work and wanted the honor of having his
hair combed by the governor.
