bullet Culture and the Arts: Bill transferring the Hawaii Public Broadcasting Authority to the Hawaii Public Television Foundation. Decision-making to follow, 2 p.m., Room 309.

bullet Energy and Environmental Protection: Bill on medical waste facility development. Decision-making to follow, 9 a.m., Room 312.

bullet Legislative Management: Bills requiring annual financial audits of state government by an independent auditing firm and creating a task force on government restructuring. Decision-making to follow, 9 a.m., Room 423.

bullet Public Safety and Military Affairs, and Health: Bills establishing a Department of Public Safety canine corps and requiring state agencies to share records on sex offenders.
