bullet Education and Technology: University of Hawaii budget briefing on its community colleges, 1:30 p.m., Room 212.

bullet Health and Human Services, and Judiciary: Bill protecting privacy of health-care information. Decision-making to follow, 10:30 a.m., Room 229.
