HOUSE

BulletFinance: Bills on anatomical gifts and studying latex product use. Decision making to follow, 10 a.m. Bills on hospices and training for emergency medical personnel. Decision making to follow, 11 a.m. Bills on tobacco tax and school health services. Decision making to follow, noon. Bills on grants and subsidies, and insurance premium taxes. Decision making to follow, 1:30 p.m. Bills on Child Protective Services, early childhood programs and long-term care. Decision making to follow, 2:30 p.m. Bills on aquatic resources and commercial marine licenses. Decision making to follow, 4 p.m. Bills on wastewater management and the environment. SENATE

BulletConsumer Protection: Bills lowering the age for annual mammograms covered by health insurance and requiring health entities to include contraceptive services and supplies in coverage. Decision making to follow, 9 a.m., Room 016.

BulletJudiciary: Bills expanding prostitution ban beyond Waikiki, allowing drug tests for drivers after a collision and banning sample tobacco products and promotional material distribution near schools. Decision making to follow, 9 a.m., Room 229.

BulletLabor and Environment: Bill prohibiting medical waste facilities within a mile of residential areas. Decision making to follow, 2:30 p.m., Room 225.

BulletWays and Means: Bills requiring substance abuse treatment for inmates and requiring tobacco manufacturers not participating in the state tobacco settlement to create a fund to pay claims against them. Decision making to follow, 9:30 a.m., Room 211.
