soccer finalYesterday, Charles Rania's goal in the 16th minute gave the Buffanblu (12-2) a 1-0 win over third-seeded Baldwin (12-1-1) in the second semifinal of the Outrigger Hotels/Hawaii High School Athletic Association Boys' Soccer Tournament.
In the first semifinal, Pearl City shut out Moanalua, 4-0.
The Menehunes (11-3-1) will meet the Bears for third place at 5:30 p.m. Pearl City takes on Aiea for fifth place at 3:30 p.m., while Hilo and Iolani met for the consolation title at 1:30 p.m.
Pearl City 4, Moanalua 0: Kristopher Knight scored the Chargers' first and last goal, sandwiching a pair of scores by teammate Gerard Horn. Knight now has five goals for the tournament.

Mililani 6, Waiakea 1: The top-seeded Trojans (12-1-1) rebounded from their first loss of the season by blitzing the fourth-seeded Warriors (12-2-1)
Jarrett Razon scored two goals as Mililani took a 4-0 lead. Jeremy Van Kralingen put Waiakea on the scoreboard in the 61st minute; it was the first goal scored on Mililani keeper Andrew Brown in 14 games.
