Handling appraisals for
Campbell Estate

Bob Taniguchi manages appraisal services for the Campbell Estate. He appraises land, structures and other aspects of property value.

"The appraising I do is for internal purposes," Taniguchi said. "I'm getting more involved in the review of appraisals on mainland properties."

The Estate of James Campbell is a private trust established in 1900 to administer the assets of business pioneer James Campbell.

The estate owns and manages real estate in Hawaii and 15 mainland states, with assets valued at $2 billion.

Taniguchi has nearly 30 years of appraisal experience and most recently was vice president of Rehkemper and Company Inc.

He was with Rehkemper for seven years, and also worked six years for Bishop Trust and 15 years for John Child & Co. Inc.
