Mary Helen Aldana takes over responsibilities of patient relations at Straub Clinic & Hospital. Helping Straub patients

Aldana has been with Straub for six years, working in patient and customer relations in Straub's occupational medicine department.
Aldana replaces Ted Norris, who was promoted to clinical operations director.
She also has worked for Dun & Bradstreet Plan Services in Fresno, Calif., as a third party administrator for health services. She came to Hawaii in June 1992 and joined Straub in August 1992.
Aldana earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Hawaii.
