HILO'S SIMMS RECOGNIZED: Leroy Simms Jr., Coordinator for Athletics at Hilo High School, has been recognized as a Certified Athletic Adminstrator by the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association.
Simms is one of 1,400 interscholastic athletic administrators nationwide to be certified by the NIAAA, a professional organization consisting of all 50 state athletic administrator associations and more than 5,600 individual members.'
