Site gives live look
at Mauna Kea

Amaze your friends, scare your loved ones and generally get one up on everybody in the office by announcing you are going skiing, here in Hawaii.

Schuss over to http://holoholo.org/skihnews, the site for Tropical Snow.

The site links up with two live cameras on Mauna Kea to give you an up-to-the-minute look at conditions. Yesterday it was 38 degrees, 16-mph winds and sunny.

There are also quick tips about getting to the mountain and some safety warnings. From there it is all downhill.
