"American Food: A Celebration," Collins Publishers

We love ribs!

Where can we find
the island's best?

Coming up: The Super Bowl, a day when food and football come together in big, manly feasts.

In honor of this mighty tradition, we at the Star-Bulletin are on the hunt for Oahu's best take-out pork ribs.

We have our ideas about the top candidates, but to be inclusive, we're taking nominations. Fill out the form at right if you have strong feelings on this issue.

We'll consider the nominations and pick a half-dozen or so for a taste-test. If you'd like to be a judge, nominate yourself (you must be available on Jan. 22).

Be quick about it. We only have a one-week window of opportunity for this phase of our quest.
