Bullet Walter V. Azevedo, 87, of Honolulu, a retired city administrative assistant, died Dec. 8. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Hilda M.; children Gail A. Bullet Vicente D. Cabatic, 74, of Ewa Beach, retired from the Sheraton Moana Surfrider Hotel, died Dec. 8 in St. Francis-West Hospital. He was born in Halawa, Hawaii. Bullet Estelita R. Calindo, 77, of Hanamaulu, Kauai, died Wednesday in Wilcox Hospital. She was born in the Philippines. Bullet George D.L.N. Frendo, 52, of Aiea, a roofer foreman for Victor's Roofing Inc., died Tuesday in Queen's Hospital. He was born in Honolulu.
