Bullet Laura Lee Blue-Boillard, 43, of Wayne, Mich., died Monday in Michigan. Born in Honolulu, she is survived by husband Ernest, children Stacy and Sheriann, father Leonard Omayas, and granddaughter Mariah. Services on the mainland.

Bullet Mabel Y.L. Chang, 78, of Honolulu died last Saturday in Tripler Hospital. Born in Honolulu, she is survived by son Harvey D., daughter Lorna M. Bullet Elizabeth L. Chesser, 73, of Laurel, Miss., formerly of Hawaii, a retired registered nurse, died June 3 at home. Born in Cumberland, Md., she is survived by children Rachel Chesser Shearon, Samuel Lowell and Carl Low Chesser and Sarah Chesser Young; and nine grandchildren. Services on the mainland. Bullet Frank Hyong Chon, 50, of Fairbanks, Alaska, a maintenanceman for government housing, died Sept. 4 in Fairbanks. Born in Pusan, Korea, he is survived by wife Chris Kim; children Jaemin, Michelle, Susan and Samuel; mother Oksun Kong; and brothers and sisters Graham, James and Jeany Jun, Hyong Ae, Young Ja and Young Hee. Bullet Fitisemanu III Fitisemanu, 51, of Kaneohe, a state adult corrections officer, died Wednesday in Straub Hospital. Born in Western Samoa, he is survived by wife Charmaine H.; son Kevin Crismon; daughters Leah Higashide and Karyn and Blair Fitisemanu; father Talavou; mother Malupeaua; brothers Wendell, Nuanua, Faafetai and Aloiafi; and sisters Fetuaro, Elisapeta, Meta, Victoria and Alisa. Bullet Warren K.K. Lowe, 51, of Laie, a bishop for the BYU-Hawaii Campus Sixth Ward, died Wednesday in Kuakini Hospital. He was also an accountant for Ke Ola Mamo. Born in Honolulu, he is survived by wife Jo Ann; daughters Kristine “Kau‘i,” Wendi, Kami, Emiko and Rachel Lowe and Julia Siataga; parents Samuel K. and Daphne; brother Samuel E.K.; sisters Hannah Kamauoha and Gwen Lowe; great-grandmother Katherine; and a granddaughter. Bullet Quy Thi Nguyen, 87, of Honolulu will be remembered in buddhist services 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary. Cremation to follow. Bullet Richard W. Ripple, 85, of Honolulu, a retired colonel in the U.S. Army, died Wednesday in Honolulu. Born in Denver, he is survived by wife Louise; son Richard W. Jr.; daughters Louise Yuhas, Daphine Araujo and Carol Ripple; sister Elinor Freeman; and seven grandchildren. Bullet Barbara Anne Rodrigues, 57, of Aiea died Sunday in Straub Hospital.
