William “Jay-Ar” Agonoy Jr., 5, of Honolulu died Friday in Kapiolani Hospital. John W. Crouch, 83, of Ewa Beach, a retired master sergeant with the U.S. Army, died Aug. 1 in St. Francis-West Hospital. He was also a retired machinist at Pearl Harbor.
