Bullet Arnold “Cappy” Capellas, 81, of Honolulu, a retired captain with the Honolulu Police Department, died Saturday in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. Bullet Edward L. “Ed” Dunn, 80, formerly of Honolulu, owner of Pau Accounting, died June 22 in Carlsbad, Calif. He was also a self-employed Waipio taro farmer. He was born in Waipio Valley, Hawaii.
