Alfred M. Igne, 66, of Fremont, Calif., formerly of Waimea, Kauai, died April 23 in Fremont. Born in the Philippines, he is survived by wife Florence “Caspillo”; daughters Val T. Harue Kayano, 85, of Pahala, Hawaii, a retired field worker for Hawaiian Agriculture, died Wednesday in Kau Hospital.
