Charles K. Ah Quin, 74, of Hilo, a retired construction laborer, died Wednesday in Hilo Hospital. Ernest M. “Cabby” Cabrinha, 84, of Hilo, retired from the public relations and marketing department at Hawaiian Electric Co., died Tuesday in Life Care Center of Hilo. Steve N. Hirotsu, 75, of Pearl City, a member of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, died Feb. 11 in Maluhia Hospital.
