Thomas W.S. Chang, also known as Mayor of He’eia Kea Pier, 92, of Kaneohe, a retired warehouseman for Hawaiian Electric Co., died Friday in Kaneohe. Helen Cunningham, 89, a schoolteacher, counselor and vice principal at Farrington High School, died Nov. 20 in Queen’s Hospital.
