Born in the Philippines, he is survived by wife Mary B.; daughters Leonida and Evangeline Cuaresma and Evelyn Branco; sons Orlando, Rudy and William; sister Simeona Jacinto; brother Juan; 13 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Kenneth Y.C. Ako, 68, of Waipahu died July 1 at home. Reginald “Reggie” Dolfo, 56, of Honolulu, a transport driver for BHP Gas Hawaii, died Tuesday in Kuakini Hospital. Born in Waialua, he is survived by wife Sharon; sons Darin and Kekua Dolfo and Andrew Mauka III; daughters Leimomi Weathersby, Keala Dolfo and Noe Aaron; brothers John and Pedro; sisters Matilda “Tillie” Cordero, Mildred “Millie” Dantsuka, Josephine “Jo” Dickinson and Mary “Malia” Kelso; and six grandchildren. Akiva D. Harris, 66, of Kailua, a high school math teacher, died Wednesday in Kailua. Dai Yen Loo, 82, of Kaneohe, a retired photo lab supervisor at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died Monday in Castle Hospital.
