Just before 6:00 p.m. today, Gov. Ben Cayetano extended polling for one extra hour on OAHU ONLY to accommodate voters caught off-guard by the rain, flooding, power outages and traffic snarl-ups. Polls will close at 7:00 p.m., instead of 6:00 p.m. Election results are expected to be delayed in light of the hour extension.
