“Reggae Explosion ’96”: Featuring Yellowman with the Sagittarius Band, 5:30 p.m. Friday at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center and 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the Waikiki Shell. Performers include Mikey Dread from Jamaica, Born Jamericans from Washington, D.C., and Butch Helemano and Marty Dread.
