Alice M. Brandvold, 71, of Salem, Ore., a controller for Brandvold & Associates, died yesterday in Straub Hospital. Ralph S. Okuma, 78, of Roseville, Calif., formerly of Waialua and LaCrosse, Wisc., died Aug. 30 at home. Okuma, a Caltran retiree, was a World War II veteran who served with the 100th Battalion.
