The dinos are back! Nine life-sized robotic dinosaurs from Dinamation International Corporation will be on display from Friday through Aug. 4 at Pearlridge Center. The terrible lizards visiting the mall are a Parasaurorolphus mother, above, her baby and nest of hatching eggs; an Apatosaurus, below, and her baby; and a dome-headed Pachycephalosaurus, at left; plus a Tyrannosaurus; Deinonychus and Dimetrodon.The models will be on display at various locations in both the Uptown and Downtown sections of the mall and will be accompanied by free, hands-on activities for kids. Photos may be taken with the baby Apatosaurus, and a professional photo service will be available by the Tyrannosaurus. A Junior Explorer program for kids, also free, lets participants learn more about each dinosaur, receive a free gift and also be entered in a drawing for weekly prizes. Some merchants will be selling tie-in products. The display will run during regular mall hours.
