Shuttle offered at service for Sister Roberta

Extra parking and a shuttle service will be available for the April 15 service for Sister Roberta Julie Derby. The memorial Mass will begin at 6 p.m. at Mystical Rose Chapel at Chaminade University. The shuttle service will be operated from the parking lot at St. Patrick's Church, 1124 7th Ave., beginning at 5 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Congregation of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, 14800 Bohlman Road, Saratoga, Calif. 95070.

The Honolulu Police Department will hold a memorial service for Derby at 4 p.m. April 27 at the police station courtyard. Following the memorial, the ashes will be scattered in the waters off Magic Island and the Hilton Hawaiian Village.



Rose D.P.E. Aguisanda of Waipahu died March 29 in St. Francis-West Hospital.

Aguisanda, 77, was born in Waiakea, Hawaii. She is survived by children Teri Santa Ana, Diane Arabia, Harold Enanoria, Carol Cruce, Melinda Gamboa, Susan Segawa, Melissa Peiler and Stevie Aguisanda; 22 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
