Remember not too long ago there were bowling alleys all across town? Today some of the few remaining lanes in the state are at Aiea Bowl. But this is no ordinary bowling alley.  Glen (a tranined chef and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America) and Greg Uyeda (a successful peridontist) two brothers, took the traditional bowling alley and turned it into a new entertainment experience—bowling whil you dine on spicy shrimp and baby greens, a bottle of Perrier Jouet champagne, gourmet pastries, hand thrown pizza, and loco moco just to name a few items off their menu. You have to visit.
