A 19-year-old Foster Village man is facing charges in the rape of a 13-year-old girl who escaped and ran naked down the street with her hands tied behind her back.

An Oahu grand jury returned an indictment yesterday charging Albert Agoot with six counts of first-degree sexual assault, four counts of third-degree sexual assault, kidnapping and robbery.

The girl told police Agoot, who is a family friend, called her on her cell phone about 1 a.m. Thursday, told her that another family friend who has cancer was dying and that he would pick her up at her Waipahu address to take her to the hospital.

After she got into the pickup truck, the girl told police, Agoot drove her down the street, choked her and threatened to kill her if she didn't keep quiet. He then put tape around the girl's head and eyes and drove her to Foster Village, where he raped her, police said. The girl said she could still see through part of the tape.

She told police while Agoot was raping her that he kept hitting her on the back of the head with an object, told her he had a gun and that he was going to shoot and kill her.

The girl said Agoot then drove her to the Pearl City Burger King then back to Foster Village, where he raped her again. When he left her in the truck to get a drink of water, the girl said she got out and ran naked down the street to her parents' home with her hands still tied.

After the girl's parents reported what happened, police called Agoot and told him to meet them at the Waipahu Walmart. When an officer got there, he found Agoot in the parking lot, hopping up and down and waving his hands at him, police said. There was no explanation for his apparent eagerness to surrender.

The grand jury also returned an indictment yesterday, charging 46-year-old Jhondireck Borja Agpaoa with kidnapping and sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl who is a neighbor and playmate of his three children.
