Hana ne'e ke kīkala o ko Hilo kini

Ho'i lu'ulu'u i ke one o Hanakahi

He pū'olo waimaka no ka mea hele

I ke alahula ho'i 'ole mai!

Auē! Ua hala 'o Aunty Dottie Thompson

Me ka minamina pau 'ole!
