Event offers free advice

Two seminars will be presented on healthy aging at First Hawaiian Bank's 16th Annual PrimeTime Wellness Fair on March 4 at the Neal Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.

The free event will begin with an opening ceremony at 8:15 a.m. and continue until 1 p.m.

Speakers will be Dr. Michiko Inaba, “;Preventing Falls — What You Can Do,”; and Dr. Patricia Avila, “;Living Well at Any Age — Top 10 Tips for Healthy Living.”;

Free health screenings, document shredding and notary services (identification required) will be offered, as well as entertainment, games and prize giveaways.

A grand-prize drawing will be held for $500 worth of gas, courtesy of Mid Pac Petroleum and 76.

Sponsors include Kuakini Medical Center, the Hawaii Medical Service Association and the city Department of Parks and Recreation, as well as First Hawaiian.
