Maui resort offers discounted rates

KAANAPALI, Maui » To celebrate the opening of its new Konea Tower, Honua Kai Resort & Spa is offering a manager's special of 35 percent off published rates for one- and two-bedroom Ohana suites, based on availability.

The special rates start at $260 per night, plus tax and resort fee, for suites with the Ohana Resort View and are valid Feb. 1 through April 10. The deadline for booking is Feb. 15. The manager's special cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

The Honua Kai is the newest Maui oceanfront resort. It sits on 38 oceanfront acres of Kaanapali's North Beach and features 628 guest suites (one-, two- and three-bedroom) with kitchens, homelike floor plans and luxury resort services.
