Hawaiian Springs expands in Asia

Hawaiian Springs has partnered with Inter-Islands Distribution Ltd. to expand its business in Asia.

With the support of Inter-Islands Distribution, Hawaiian Springs will expand its availability to Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indian, Korea and Australia.

Hawaiian Springs draws its water from an artesian qualifier at the base of Mauna Loa on the Big Island.

“;As we continue our successful expansion on the U.S. mainland, it is a natural progression for us to expand globally,”; said Rick Hadley, chairman and chief executive officer of Hawaiian Springs.

; » Central Pacific Bank announced the following new hire and promotions at its subsidiary, Central Pacific HomeLoans:

Tony Au as executive vice president and chief production officer. He previously was a wholesale market sales manager for Bank of America Home Loans and Countrywide Home Loans.
Victor Brock to executive vice president and secondary market manager. He has more than 20 years of residential loan originations experience.
Diane Hochberg to underwriting manager and senior vice president. She has more than 24 years of underwriting and management experience.
Steven Ohata to senior vice president and retail origination manager. He has more than 21 years of financial services experience.
Andrew Kim to vice president and wholesale manager from sales manager. He has more than 20 years of mortgage banking experience.

» Oceanic Institute has announced Shaun Moss as vice president of Research and Development as well as director of its U.S. Marine and Shrimp Farming program. He was previously director of the Shrimp Department.
