A man wanted for questioning in the death of a college student who was visiting Hawaii on vacation was located and taken into custody yesterday afternoon, police said.

Police Maj. Clayton Kau said police received a call about a suspicious person seen in the bushes near Lunalilo and Liholiho streets in Makiki.

The arriving officers found Aaron Susa, 31, in the bushes and took him into custody, police said. Susa complained of feeling ill and was being examined last night in a medical facility, Kau said. Detectives were waiting to question him, pending clearance from doctors.

A jogger saw the nude body of a woman, identified by friends as Bryanna Antone, Friday morning in the water in front of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.

Antone, a 25-year-old college student from New Mexico, was last seen leaving the Waikiki Ohana West Hotel at 1:40 a.m. with Susa.
