Go for a sail, help FoodBasket

Hula's Bar and Lei Stand will sponsor the “;Cast Off Hunger!”; catamaran sail, a benefit for Save the FoodBasket, on Sept. 26 in Waikiki.

The extravaganza starts at 11:45 a.m. at Hula's with an escorted walk down to the boat, which leaves at 1 p.m.

Tickets are priced at $30, plus one food item (cans of tuna, chicken, corned beef hash, pork and beans, or Spam; Raisin Bran cereal; or a bag of rice). The cost of the ticket also includes an after-party at Hula's, with free pupus and one free mai tai or draft beer.
