» Keith T. Fujio is the state public library system's administrative services officer. A photo caption on Page 5 Thursday listed an incorrect title. The online edition has been corrected.

» The state Department of Public Safety is investigating the alleged sexual assault of an inmate at Oahu Community Correctional Center. As of yesterday there had been no arrest. A “;Police/Fire”; brief on Page 7 Wednesday said a 42-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the allegation. The online edition has been corrected.

» Singer Starr Kalahiki and her accompanist, Kit Ebersbach, perform 7 to 10 p.m. Wednesdays at Duc's Bistro, 1188 Maunakea St. Free; call 531-6325. Her MySpace site is http://www.myspace.com/starrkkalahiki. An article on Page 6 of yesterday's HiLife section listed the wrong venue and an incorrect link. The online edition has been corrected.

» Iris Napuanani Rodrigues-Kaikana is the woman whose body was found Monday near Kamehameha Homes. She had been visiting a friend Sunday night who lives there. Photo captions on Pages 3 and 6 and a story on Page 6 yesterday misspelled her middle name and said she had lived there with her father and siblings. The online edition has been corrected.
