POSTED: Saturday, August 22, 2009

Synopsis: Since Hawai'i was never legally annexed to the U.S., but is currently under U.S. occupation, the fact that Barack Obama was born here in Hawai'i calls his presidency into question because, under the laws of occupation, he cannot be a natural-born U.S. citizen.

Aloha mai kākou e nā hoa o Kauakūkalahale. Aia nō kekahi po'e e kū'ē nei i ke kūlana o ka Pelekikena Obama he kupa hānau 'o ia no ka 'āina o 'Amelika. Wahi a lākou, ua hānau 'o Obama ma ka 'āina 'ē, a no laila, 'a'ohe ona kuleana no ka lilo 'ana i pelekikena no 'Amelika. A i loko nō o ka loa'a o kona palapala hānau kūhelu ma lalo o ka Moku'āina 'o Hawai'i, ke noke nei ua po'e kū'ē lā i ka 'ōlelo 'ana no ko Obama kūlana he maka'āinana no kekahi 'āina 'ē, no Kenya paha, kahi i hānau ai 'o kona makuakāne.

Kainō a he mana'o haku'epa kēia na ka na'aupō, eia kā, ua pololei nō! Eia mai ka mea e pololei ai i 'ike 'oukou. Ma ke Kumu Kānāwai o 'Amelika Hui pū 'ia, 'o ka maka'āinana hānau o ka 'āina, e like me ka 'ōlelo ma ka helu 'ekahi, 'o ia wale nō ke lilo i pelekikena no 'Amelika Hui pū 'ia.

Ua hānau ka makuakāne o Obama ma Kenya, a i ka wā i ho'iho'i 'ia ai ke ea o ka 'āina a kū'oko'a ho'i 'o Kenya, ua lilo 'o ia i maka'āinana no ke aupuni o Kenya. 'O ka makuahine na'e, ua hānau nō 'o ia ma 'Amelika, a no laila, he maka'āinana 'Amelika ia. A no ia mea, he maka'āinana nō ho'i kāna keiki, 'o Barack, no 'Amelika. 'O Hawai'i nei na'e kona 'āina hānau. A no ia mea, 'a'ole 'o ia he kupa hānau no ka 'āina o 'Amelika. A no laila, 'a'ole i ho'okō 'ia nā koina e lilo ai 'o ia i pelekikena no 'Amelika Hui pū 'ia!

A no laila, he 'Amelika 'o Obama, 'a'ole na'e 'o ia he maka'āinana hānau no ka 'āina o Amelika, a he kūpono 'ole paha kona noho 'ana i pelekikena. Eia hou ho'i, 'oiai 'a'ole 'o Hawai'i he 'āina no 'Amelika, a ua hānau ke Kenekoa Iouye ma Hawai'i nei, 'a'ole 'o ia he maka'āinana no 'Amelika. He maka'āinana na'e 'o ia no ka 'āina o kona mau mākua, 'o ia ho'i, 'o Iāpana, a 'a'ohe ona kuleana e noho ai i kenekoa no 'Amelika.

'O ka po'e “birthers” e mana'o nei e kū'ē i ke kuleana o Obama e lilo ai 'o ia ka Pelekikena o 'Amelika, ua pololei lākou. Aia na'e ko lākou pono i ka 'ae 'ana i ka noho koa 'ia o Hawai'i!
