An Oahu grand jury returned an indictment yesterday against three men accused of prostituting a 16-year-old girl and advertising her services on Craigslist.

The indictment charges Marcus Xavier Arrington, 19, Anthony Terrell Fuller, 20, and Brad Yick Kin Young, 20, all of Aiea, with promoting prostitution in the first degree. The crime is a Class B felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

The indictment also charges Arrington with second-degree sexual assault and Fuller and Young with drug possession.

The state said the three are members of a gang that calls itself H-mob.

The girl, a runaway, told police Arrington designated himself her pimp and forced her to have sex with him and others in homes, hotels or cars during a 10-day period in December after she ran away from home.

She said Arrington took all the money she earned and gave a cut to Young for being her escort and Fuller for being the security during her appointments.

Arrington and Fuller have been in custody since their arrests last week. Their bail was $50,000 each.

Police released Young after he posted $11,000 bail.

Circuit Judge Derrick Chan issued a bench warrant for Young yesterday after he increased bail to $200,000 for him and Fuller and to $250,000 for Arrington.

Arrington is awaiting sentencing for second-degree assault for hitting someone on the side of the head with a beer bottle in Blaisdell Park in August.

Fuller was scheduled to answer to a second-degree robbery charge in state court this morning on charges of stealing a handbag from a prostitute in downtown Honolulu last December with two others.
