Considering changing hospitals because of poor cell-phone reception?

A new study suggests people switch hotels, meeting facilities and even medical centers because of poor wireless service.

The survey, commissioned by Repeated Signal Solutions, found 54 percent of respondents said they wouldn't return to a hotel if they couldn't get good reception. Meanwhile, 48 percent said they would relocate their office, and 36 percent would find a new medical center or hospital due to poor wireless reception.

The study was based on telephone interviews with 1,000 adults, and the margin of sampling error is 3 percentage points.
