Members of Ket On Society, founded in Hawaii in 1869, elected Leonard J.K.H. Kam its new president; Christopher Loo, first vice president; Alvina Leu, second vice president; Florence Wong, treasurer; and Grace Chen, assistant treasurer.

Also elected were Lyn Siu, English secretary; Henrietta Siu, assistant English secretary; Zhao Wang Chow, Chinese secretary; Mary Yee, auditor; Mildred Lum, assistant auditor; Richard Leu, supervisor; Gary Wong, assistant supervisor; and Ernest J.T. Loo and Patrick Young as property custodians.

Prudential Locations announced the following top-agent award recipients for January: Susan O. Andrade, “Listor of the Month” and “Salesperson of the Month”; Neil Kuioka, “Newcomer of the Month”; and Bruce Yanagihara, “Highest Producer of the Month.”

Ross Teruya of Kaneohe was recognized for 10 years of safe driving by FedEx Ground, the small-package ground delivery service of FedEx Corp.

He has been a driver for 11 years in the company’s Honolulu facility.
