Flowers, candles and glitzy items can definitely set the mood for Valentine's Day. For personalized gifts or decorations, local craft stores can provide a few ideas. The crafty mind can also come up with customized designs, such as using tea lights, organza cloth and rose petals to create romantic backdrops. Or fill glassware with candy hearts, flowers or red and pink embellishments.
