» Sam Kalalau Jr. was 53 when he was a crewmember on the Hokule'a's maiden voyage to Tahiti in 1976. A story on page A3 in yesterday's paper incorrectly stated he was 50. The online edition has been corrected.

» Brendan Caires, 29, was stabbed to death at his Pearl City home early Monday. A story on page A4 in yesterday's morning edition and on page A1 in Monday's afternoon edition incorrectly spelled his first name as Brandan. The online edition has been corrected.

» A contractor set up dehumidifiers at Hamilton Library on the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus after the roof leaked last weekend. A summary on page A1 and a story on page A6 in yesterday's morning edition said humidifiers were set up. The online edition has been corrected.
