Energizing Heco's
customer service

Jackie Mahi Erickson has responsibility over the Hawaiian Electric Company's customer and energy service operations in addition to heading the legal and land departments. She replaces Dick O'Connell who retired.

Erickson has been Heco's vice president for government relations and general counsel since 1991. She also was a state deputy attorney general in land and transportation. Erickson is a director of the Honolulu Symphony board, the Hawaii Appleseed Public Interest Law Center, and the Native Hawaiian Revolving Loan Fund, and has been a director of the Nature Conservancy, Friends of the Royal Hawaiian Band, Friends of the William S. Richardson Law School and the Arts Council of Hawaii.
