String classics at Orvis

Mariko Anraku, associate principal harpist with the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, will perform at 8 p.m. Aug. 15 at Orvis Auditorium at the University of Hawaii-Manoa.

Anraku will be joined onstage by cellist William De Rosa.

Both Anraku and De Rosa have performed at major concerts and competitions worldwide and are frequently heard on National Public Radio.

Tickets, $15 general admission; $12 for students, senior citizens and UH faculty and staff; are available at the UHM campus center ticket office or by phone at 956-3836.
