DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION: 1 p.m. Friday, Keelikolani Building, Room 310, 830 Punchbowl St. Hearing to consider proposed rules to the Hawaii Revised Statutes. The proposed rules would add to the existing administrative rules a subchapter to implement state law prohibiting employment discrimination based upon arrest and court records.
