DEPARTMENT OF LAND UTILIZATION: 1:30 p.m. Friday, Personnel Conference Room, City Hall Annex, 550 S. King St. Hearing to consider an application by Island Demo Inc. for a conditional use permit for an existing waste disposal and processing facility.

10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Waianae Public Library, 85-625 Farrington Highway. Hearing to consider an application by the Department of Parks and Recreation for a special management area use permit to add new comfort stations and other improvements to the site mauka of Makaha Beach Park.
